Follow these 3 short steps to receive a Certified Translation of your document, referring to our FAQ for any questions you may have:

(OPTIONAL) - Fill out our request for quote form below to obtain an estimate for your document on a cost per source page basis.
Submit a copy of your documents to be translated. They may be scanned in images sent as email attachments to: DocumentSubmission@UltraTranslate.com . Documents may also be faxed to our offices toll-free at: 1.866.342.6610 (make sure to include the '1') or mailed directly to our offices (mailing address). Please include all contact information, such as email address, and phone numbers where you may be reached with your submission on a separate page or in the body of the email, and include the address to where the final certified translation is to be sent. Please also specify if this is a Rush job.
Once your documents are received we shall send you an email (or phone if you prefer) containing the final quote price and your unique order number.
Payment should then be made on our Payment page using your quoted price and order number. Once payment is verified we shall send you an email stating as such, and that the translation process has begun.
Once the translation is complete, if you have requested to view it before final formatting, we shall send it to you for final approval- we may also request you to review it dependent upon the quality of the original documents. We shall then ship the final certified translation by Priority or Express mail to the address you specified.
