Ultra Translate - Request for Translation Quote

Ultra Translate provides ACCURATE professional human translations according to all specifications laid out by the internationally recognized American Translators Society (A.T.S.). We handle translations in all subject areas, from complex medical literature, to legal agreements, to children's books, to letters, no job is too large or small for Ultra Translate. All translations are handled by translators who specialize in the subject area of your document to be translated. All our translators are fully accredited and matched to documents that they have proven mastery over. All are native speakers in the target language of the translation, and each translation once completed is further proofread by at least 1-2 other similarly qualified translators for spelling, grammar, language continuity and fluidity. Formatting of translations to the original is also guaranteed as much as possible, or according to your specifications.

Follow these 3 short steps to receive a translation of your document, referring to our FAQ for any questions you may have:

(OPTIONAL) - Fill out our request for quote form located below for an estimate of your document on a cost per word basis.
Submit a copy of your documents to be translated. Please send your source documents and any associated files if available as email attachments to: DocumentSubmission@UltraTranslate.com . If the documents exceed 5 Megabytes in size let us know for alternative upload instructions. Documents may also be faxed to our offices toll-free at: 1.866.342.6610 (make sure to include the '1'). Please include all contact information in your fax or in the body of the email along with any special DTP and layout instructions. Please also specify if this is a Rush job.
Once your documents are received we shall send you an email (or phone if you prefer) containing the final quote price and unique order number.
Payment should then be made on our Payment page using your quoted price and order number.
Once payment is verified we shall send you an email stating as such, and that the translation process has begun. Once complete we shall return the final translation as a formatted Word document (or other format if you have so specified) to the email address you specify.
